Welcome to Homestead Bowl & The X-Bar ("Homestead Bowl," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at homesteadbowl.com, our online booking and lead forms, our rewards program, and our SMS and email communications (together, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Use of Our Services:
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them in any unauthorized way. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when making a reservation, submitting an inquiry, or joining our rewards program.
Reservations, Parties, and Events:
Reservations, party bookings, and event requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Homestead Bowl. We may require a deposit or payment to hold a booking. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel or modify a booking where necessary, in which case we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Rewards Program:
If you participate in our rewards or loyalty program, additional program rules may apply. Rewards and points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
SMS / Text Messaging Program:
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through one of our forms, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Homestead Bowl. Our SMS program is operated on our behalf by our messaging provider, BallerWorks.
- Program description — We send account and service messages (such as booking and reservation confirmations, reminders, responses to inquiries, and account notifications) and, if you separately opt in, marketing messages (such as news, promotions, and information about leagues, events, and offers).
- Message frequency — Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences.
- Cost — Message and data rates may apply. Homestead Bowl does not charge for SMS messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
- Opt-out — You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.

- Consent — Opting in to text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
